Business Excellence Award 2025
An event to announce the winners was held in the George Town Memorial Hall on Thursday 23rd October with 100 attendees. Major sponsors for the event were Timberlink Australia and Taxmania.
2023 Business Excellence Awards
Nomination entries for the 2023 Business Excellence Awards remain open till 30th September. Judging will take place on the 11th or 12th October - finalists will be advised where and which day at least a week before.
The Award ceremony will be an evening event with food and refreshments provided on Thursday 26th October in the George Town War Memorial Hall.
Award categories are as follows:

- Excellence in Retail
- Community Contribution
- Apprentice/Trainee of the Year
- Best New Business
- Business Achievement
- Agricultural Award
- Excellence in Customer Service
- Excellence in Sustainability
- Excellence in Hospitality & Tourism
- Excellence in Environmental Innovation
